Diane received her first Jin Shin Jyutsu® session in 1979. The gentleness of the Art led her to seek out sessions over the last thirty five years whenever she had a health issue.

She began to actively seek training in self-help in the early 90’s and practitioner training in 1996. In 1999, she became an organizer for annual Jin Shin Jyutsu® classes in Tampa and continued to do so for 20 years.

Diane became certified to teach Jin Shin Jyutsu® Self Help in 2001 and began to devote herself fully to teaching & working with clients after that. She has actively continued her education, year after year, deepening her understanding and appreciation of the nuances of the Art.

In January, 2012, Diane founded The Effortless Solution, Inc. and uses her experience & training to share this Art with others. As a licensed massage therapist, Diane uses Jin Shin Jyutsu® in all of her sessions as well as for her own self-care.

Diane joined The Health Center team in 2013 and offers Jin Shin Jyutsu® (Acupressure), Thai Foot Massage and Swedish Relaxation Massage. As a Continuing Education Provider through the Florida Board of Massage Therapy, she offers a variety of fun, hands-on classes for individuals, groups and businesses.

This soothing work was an excellent complement to the light energy work of Jin Shin Jyutsu®.
